SKY BRIDGE 721 Dolní Morava

Sky Brigde 721 is a suspended footbridge in the massif of Kralický Sněžník, in the village of Dolní Morava. It leads from the Slaměnka chateau in Velká Morava through the Mlýnské Valley to Chlum Ridge. With a length of 721 meters, it is the longest suspension bridge in the world. The height of the footbridge above the valley floor is 95 meters and it is located at an altitude of 1,110-1,116 meters above sea level. The width of the walkway on the footbridge is 1.2 meters and the height of the railing is also 1.2 meters. The footbridge consists of 6 main supporting cables with a pulling force of 360 tons each and 60 wound cables of different diameters. The total weight of the footbridge is 405 tonnes. 

In 2021, KOFING manufactured and supplied the anchoring elements for the lower stabilizing footings of the suspension footbridge and the steel structures for the VO1 and VO2 entrance buildings of the suspension footbridge.
