Cogeneration Unit Piping

Manufacture and assembly of piping routes and auxiliary steel structures for a new cogeneration unit with an electrical output of 999 kWe and a thermal output of 1018 kWt in an existing gas boiler house in Prague - Řepy.

The piping routes for condensate, chilled, cooling, heating, and return water, urea, and natural gas were executed in various diameters up to DN 200, using both carbon steel and stainless steel.

The work included the necessary non-destructive testing of welds, pressure tests, surface protection, and insulation.
