Increasing the Reliability of Steam Production at BC MCHZ

Manufacture and assembly of the steel structure for a natural gas steam boiler on the premises of the Ostrava chemical plant. The work also included the complete assembly of a boiler with a capacity of 25 t/h, the installation of DN200 natural gas piping, DN25 condensate piping, and DN80 demineralized water piping. Furthermore, it involved performing the necessary non-destructive testing of welds, pressure tests, surface protection, and piping insulation, including comprehensive testing of the boiler.

Implementation period: 2020 – 2021
