1. SHEET METAL FORMING AND CUTTING 

Plate Rolling
We use a DURMA HRB-4 plate rolling machine to form sheets into cylindrical and conical shapes.

Sheet thickness: 2–10 mm
Maximum sheet length: 2,000 mm
Minimum rolling diameter: 30 mm
Machine: DURMA HRB-4

Laser Cutting
We use a TruLaser 3040 2D laser cutting machine for sheet metal cutting.

Maximum material thickness:
Aluminium: 8 mm
Carbon steel: 20 mm
Stainless steel: 12 mm

Maximum speed: 140 m/min

2. WELDING AND MACHINING

We perform welding of metal components and structures.

For machining and drilling operations, we use the following equipment:
Centre lathe SV18 RA/750
Column drilling machine
Bench drilling machine

3. SURFACE TREATMENT
We provide surface treatment of metal components and structures.

Sandblasting
Coating

4. MATERIAL HANDLING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Material Handling Equipment
Crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We perform non-destructive testing using the following methods:

VT – Visual Testing
PT – Penetrant Testing
MT – Magnetic Particle Testing

Inspection coverage: 100% (according to the provided specifications).
